This Opinel No.113 Serrated Knife, with a Plum handle, has a micro-serrated blade for slicing tomatoes, hard boiled eggs or kiwi fruit. Simple, versatile and efficient, this Opinel knife makes everyday cooking much easier.
The blades are Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel with high carbon content for excellent cutting quality and good resistance to corrosion. The handle is made from tinted hornbeam that has been covered in a protective varnish for excellent resistance to water.
