Changed your mind?
If you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. You must provide proof of your purchase* from Beetham Nurseries, the item must be in a resaleable condition and in its original packaging. Exceptions apply. An exchange or credit note will be offered on sale items. We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on certain products for hygiene or safety reasons, e.g. beauty & skincare products. If an item is delivered by Beetham Nurseries and it is then unwanted, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for us to collect it. Please note that this may incur a collection fee.
Returning a Faulty Item
“Rights to reject” You have the right to return an item within 30 days of purchase if the item is of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or faulty. You must return the item and provide evidence of proof of your purchase* from Beetham Nurseries.
If an item is delivered by Beetham Nurseries and it is found to be faulty, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will collect it with no collection fee.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Plants
We will offer a replacement or credit note for any container-grown hardy plant that fails; providing that it has received good care and it is returned complete with the nursery label and proof of purchase within 12 months of purchase.
Houseplants and bedding plants are non-refundable.
Furniture Returns
Furniture is not refundable if you decide that you no longer want it.
Faulty furniture can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note, however this will coincide with each manufacturer’s guidelines.
Food Products
We do not refund the following food items unless deemed to be faulty: chilled / frozen or food items where the seal is broken i.e. biscuits, jams etc.
*Proof of Purchase
This must be shown to authorise any refund or exchange. A valid till receipt detailing the item, transaction, cost and day of purchase.
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
