Berried Treasure Sparkling Mead by Wye Valley Meadery
12.5% ABV - 750ml
Not as sweet as some meads, this is medium dry, and berried to the max. Only fermented on raspberries and honey and then aged on Vanilla pods, this is a real treat. A Melomel mead (a mead brewed on fruit and honey) made in collaboration with Wild Weather Brewery in Reading, and topped off with a limited edition lino-cut label made exclusively for Wye Valley Meadery by local artist Sarah Delahoy. We are so pleased with how this turned out and it sets the bar exceptionally high for the meads to follow. Only 1000 made so ensure it doesn't escape!
