Astilbe Sprite

Grown here onsite at Beetham Nurseries, the Astilbe Sprite is a clump-forming perennial perfect for cutting. Each feathery flower plume consists of hundreds of densely packed tiny flowers, each opening in succession, providing a long lasting bloom. This showy perennial rises gracefully in mid to late summer above an attractive mound of glossy, green foliage which emerge bronze in the Spring. The perfect addition to containers or borders, Astilbe Sprite provides a long season of bloom followed by attractive rust-coloured seed heads which also provide winter interest in the garden.
