Courier Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all parcels to UK addresses within 48 hours of order, but we do not dispatch at weekends or Bank Holidays so some orders may take slightly longer. Once dispatched, please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery to arrive.

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or outside of the UK.

Free delivery is offered on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, a delivery charge of £5 will be applied.

Channel Islands, Mainland Europe, Eire and ROW

We do not currently ship to these places, but please bear with us.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email at enquiries@beethamnurseries.co.uk and attach photographs of the damaged item and our customer service team will resolve this either by dispatching a new item or offering a refund.  

Returns

Returns can be made within 14 days of your order arriving. You will be responsible for paying any related shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and in a good, re-saleable condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Products or packaging in poor condition
  • Perishable goods that contain food products (eg. Hampers) or which have an expiry date

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at enquiries@beethamnurseries.co.uk and send your item to:

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Local Delivery

Items such as Compost, David Austin Roses, and Garden Furniture is offered with local delivery to the following postcodes: LA1, LA2, LA3, LA4, LA5, LA6, LA7, LA8, LA9, LA10, LA11, LA12, LA13, LA14, LA15, LA23. Should you wish to shop with us in store, more delivery options are available, please ask a member of our team. Delivery will be made within 7 days of purchasing. Orders over £50 are free, orders under £50 are subject to a £5 delivery fee.

Click & Collect

Free next day click & collect is now available at Beetham Nurseries. Order by midnight the day before and collect from 11am the following day.

Upon arrival, simply drive into the lower car park, call us from the car and we will bring your order out to you.

Customers should only collect if they have received a ‘ready for collection’ email, confirming the order is ready and waiting for them. We aim for this to be before 11am, however this cannot always be guaranteed.

How does Click & Collect Work?

Our free click & collect service will ensure your order is ready for collection the following day from 11am.  

To place a Click & Collect order, simply shop online as normal, and when reaching the checkout select ‘Click & Collect’ as the shipping option. 

Once you have checked out, you will receive two emails, one confirming we have received your order and the other confirming your order is ready for collection.

Orders can be collected from 11am the day after your order is placed until our closing time on that day. If for some reason you are unable to collect your order, please call 015395 63630 as soon as possible.

Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9am - 5.30pm and Sunday 10am - 4.30pm

When arriving to collect your order, please remember to bring a form of ID and your confirmation email either printing or on the screen of your smartphone/tablet. 
If you have ordered a large or heavy item, please ensure you have the means to safely collect the item.
