After the success of our very first Growing Nursery Manager's 'Picks of the Month' last month, we are delighted to bring you a selection of blooms that are looking particularly beautiful at the moment, for this month's Picks. Everything in The Growing Nursery looks fantastic, and this is certainly a wonderful time of year to visit. Take inspiration from our borders and find new additions to your outdoor space.
All plants below can be found whilst stocks last, throughout The Growing Nursery and will be the ‘Pick of the Month’ until mid-August, when our next selection of plants will be announced.

This Month's Picks
Lobelia - All Varieties
£6.99 per plant
Here in The Growing Nursery, we have three varieties of Lobelia, 'Compton Pink', 'Tania' and 'Russian Princess'. All of our varieties are upright perennials, in a range of beautiful pink shades.
Lobelias suit a variety of planting schemes, but the varieties we have here will no doubt look stunning in a cottage or informal garden.
Heuchera - All Varieties
£5.99 per plant
We are delighted to have several varieties of Heuchera in The Growing Nursery, and although they are possibly best known for their stunning foliage, there are some beautiful blooms on show at the moment, too. Heuchera 'Paris' (as seen on the image here) is a compact, semi-evergreen perennial which flowers throughout late spring and summer.
We have varieties with both green and rich red/purple foliage, perfect for a variety of planting schemes.
Helenium - All Varieties
£6.99 per plant
Helenium is no doubt a real showstopper in the garden throughout the summer months.
Bringing warmth to borders & pots, and plenty of structure, these sun-loving perennials are easy to grow and work well with grasses and late summer flowering blooms.
Verbascum - All Varieties
£6.99 per plant
Verbascum is a herbaceous perennial with tall spires covered in blooms of different colours. Flowering from mid to late summer, these plants are again, fantastic for adding structure to any garden, with their striking and unusual blooms.
Verbascums traditionally suit a cottage garden style scheme, but they certainly do not look out of place in a more contemporary setting, too.
