Plant a Rowan Tree to Commemorate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee

As part of our Queen's Jubilee Celebrations from 2nd to 5th June 2022, Beetham Nurseries are donating two hundred Rowan Tree saplings to local schools, community projects and our valued customers to mark this momentous occasion. 

If you have a special place you would like to plant a Rowan Tree to commemorate the Queen's Jubilee, enter your details below with as much information as possible about where you will be planting your tree, and you could be collecting your own sapling the weekend of the Jubilee Celebrations. Queen's Green Canopy Project

The Queen’s Green Canopy (QGC) is a unique tree planting initiative created to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022 which invites people from across the United Kingdom to “Plant a Tree for the Jubilee”.

Everyone from individuals to villages, cities, counties, schools and corporates will be encouraged to play their part to enhance our environment by planting trees during the official planting season between October to March. We are gifting these trees now and then between the months of October 2022 and March 2023, everyone who has received a sapling can add their established plant to the Queen's Green Canopy online map which is recognised nationally and internationally.

Tree saplings are limited to one per entry and area. Tree saplings must be collected between June 2nd and June 5th and details of collection will be provided to those successful submissions. Submissions must be entered by midnight on Sunday 22nd May 2022. All submissions will be responded to with further information and collection details.
