Birds & Wildlife
Attracting birds and wildlife to your garden can be a very pleasant pastime and is extremely beneficial to your plants. The number one thing you can do is to make sure that there's plenty of food available for visiting birds; this will not only keep them in your garden but also encourage their return.
The RSPB recommends feeding birds all year round, if you want to attract and keep birds returning, we recommend keeping your feeders full. We offer a wide choice of foods to tempt not only common but also unusual birds into your garden.
Encourage dunnocks, wrens, robins and other less conspicuous varieties by creating shelter in the form of bird houses, nest boxes and dense cover. You can place a bird bath at a suitable height in your garden with plenty of visible space around it so that birds are safe from predators such as cats; this will not only tempt birds to take a morning bath but also provide a valuable water supply.
We stock slate topped bird tables, natural log bird houses, woodpecker houses, barn owl lodgings, stone bird baths, camera nest boxes and a multitude of specialist and stylish feeders.
